This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “Terms”) is a binding legal agreement between you (“User”) and Meridian House LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the SIMP Protocol mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Pricing: $6.99 per month
What’s included:
Free trial (if offered): Any free trial will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Refunds: Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are handled according to their respective policies. Meridian House LLC does not issue direct refunds for subscription charges processed through these platforms.
Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The free tier of SIMP Protocol is fully functional and includes all core workout-tracking features. Free users will see banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. Upgrading to Officer Status removes all ads.
Our content: All content within the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and the “SIMP Protocol” branding — is the exclusive property of Meridian House LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your content: You retain ownership of the workout data, logs, and other content you create within the app (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant Meridian House LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

The “Roast My Week” and other AI coaching features are powered by third-party AI services. AI-generated content is for entertainment and general fitness motivation only and does not constitute professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or modifying a fitness program.
SIMP Protocol is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Information provided within the app is for general informational purposes only.
You assume all risks associated with physical exercise. Meridian House LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, or health issue arising from use of the app or reliance on its content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian House LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MERIDIAN HOUSE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) $10.00 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meridian House LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meridian House LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
