How do I start tracking a workout?

Tap the + button on the main screen, select your exercises, and start logging sets with weight and reps. Hit "Complete Workout" when you're done.

What's the difference between Civilian and Officer?

Civilian (free) gives you full workout tracking stored locally on your device. Officer Status ($6.99/month) adds cloud sync across devices, Apple Health integration, AI Weekly Roast, advanced analytics, and removes ads.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find SIMP Protocol, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll keep Officer access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, then go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases."

How does the AI Roast work?

The AI reviews your past week of training and gives you brutally honest feedback on your consistency, volume, and effort. You need at least 3 completed workouts for it to have enough data. Available with Officer Status.

Is my data private?

Yes. Free users' data stays entirely on their device. Officer data is synced to secure cloud servers (Firebase) and is never sold or shared with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I connect Apple Health?

During onboarding, tap "Connect Apple Health" when prompted. You can also enable it later from Settings. This requires Officer Status and allows SIMP to read your HRV, sleep, and recovery data for readiness scoring.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently delete all your data from our servers. Local data will be removed from your device. If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it separately through Apple.
